Turas has been investing in the Steel City since 2018. We identified Pittsburgh as our growth engine as it presents affordable opportunities in both single and multi-family properties. Median monthly rents support a secure buy and hold strategy.
Being located between Tacoma and Seattle makes Federal Way an attractive rental market for commuters.We made our initial investment in 2016, the proximity to these two markets has substantially increased the rents on our small multi-family units.
In 2015 our search to expand to reasonably priced small multi-family rental units outside of the California market led us to the City of Roses.
California has seen incredible appreciation since the great recession. In 2013 we took advantage of the buoyant market to execute a number of flip projects.
Since 2008 this Sacramento suburb has provided us with opportunistic single family deals for buy and hold properties as well as short term flips.
